102921-bara-news-development1 — Three parcels of land owned by the city of Baraboo spanning nearly seven acres, including parcel no. 1769, 1769-1 and 0934 as displayed by the Sauk County parcel finding software, are part of a pre-development agreement between the city and Ikwe Development of Balsam Lake. The developers have sought the land for potential mixed use housing and retail space.
