Organizing meals during a pandemic
Baraboo Boys & Girls Club volunteers and an employee wait March 25 in the Village Square parking lot at 305 Lynn Ave., Baraboo, one of the club’s food distribution locations. It has given out 200 free meals per day since Monday, according to Boys & Girls Clubs of West-Central Wisconsin Executive Director Karen DeSanto. The program, organized in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and related closures, will continue indefinitely, DeSanto said.
