The Sauk County Sheriff's Office has released the names of the people involved in a crash Saturday that killed one and injured the driver authorities said caused the accident.
Dawson T.D. Enge, a 20-year-old Lodi man, was allegedly intoxicated and driving the wrong way on Highway 12 just after 1:30 a.m. when he crashed into two other vehicles just north of Baraboo, resulting in the death of his passenger, the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office said.
Sheriff Chip Meister said Enge was arrested Tuesday and is being held at the Sauk County Jail. According to online court records, he has been charged with driving the wrong way on a divided highway, which is a traffic violation. Meister said homicide and other felony charges are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney's Office for consideration.
Meister said 23-year-old Drew A. Fjoser, of Rio, was the passenger in the 2013 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Enge. Fjosar was flown to a Madison hospital by a medical helicopter, where he later died from his injuries.

Emergency responders were called just before 1:40 a.m. for the three-vehicle crash in the town of Baraboo on Highway 12 near Old Highway 33, Meister said.
He said an initial investigation showed the Malibu was being driven the wrong direction on the highway and struck two vehicles — a 2021 Ford Bronco driven by 18-year-old Nicholas Pendelton, of Mauston, and a 2014 Ford Focus driven by 20-year-old Emily Tillinger, of Wisconsin Dells.
Enge was taken to a local hospital for his injuries before being moved to a Madison hospital, according to Meister. The crash remains under investigation by the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office, he said.
